1. Production Time

1.1 Our production time is normally 5 – 7 Business Days but it may take longer for bulk production, You can always email us to ask if certain operations take longer than that

2. Shipping / Delivery

2.1 We ship your order through registered courier services. We offer free shipping to Australia & New Zealand. You must acknowledge any delivery delays from courier is not our liability.

2.2 Lost or Damaged package is not our responsibility. We do our best to ensure final packing is super secure but can not guarantee handling by third part companies.

2.3 For any type of loss we contact courier claim and advise you on the outcome they provide

2.4 A missed delivery due to any reason may cause delay in package arrival, which is not at all our responsibility

3. Proofing

3.1. Digital Proof : Is PDF of JPEG proof before production to ensure all design content are in place
3.2. Hardcopy Proof: Involves physical production which involves costing you can email along with your design to know exact costing to make hardcopy proof for you sales@emuprinting.com.au

4. Samples

4.1 Generic samples of card or special effects cost at-least $35

5. Submit your Artwork

5.1 Make sure to email us your artwork file directly or through shareware websites our email “sales@emuprinting.com.au”
